Clinical History

A 30-year old female presented with an acute onset of abdominal pain on the right.

Case Description

An abdominal ultrasound was requested.

Treatment/Follow Up

The patient was managed conservatively, and the symptoms resolved spontaneously over time.

Abdominal Aorta
 Left lobe liver in longitudinal orientation
Left lobe liver in transverse orientation
Right lobe liver in transverse orientation
Right lobe liver in longitudinal orientation
Patent portal vein showing hepatopetal (antegrade) flow
 Right kidney
 A thin-walled gallbladder
Common bile duct
Left Kidney
Spleen
