An initial Doppler ultrasound was requested to assess for DVT. Case Description Ultrasound ruled out DVT. However, during the examination, the sonographer could palpate a lump below the patient’s calf. This corresponded to a 3 cm oval-shaped well-defined heterogeneous vascular lesion in the deep subcutaneous compartment. Further evaluation with MRI was recommended. Diagnosis/ Discussion/ Treatment/ Follow up The patient declined having an MRI or any other studies in relation to this.
