Case Description Vascular ultrasound revealed an occlusive thrombus visualised within the entire left subclavian vein. However, the left jugular vein, axillary vein, brachial vein, basilic, vein, cephalic vein, and median cubital veins were patent and unaffected by the thrombus. Diagnosis/ Discussion/ Treatment/ Follow up The patient was placed on the appropriate anticoagulation therapy.
