Case Description Ultrasound performed on the patient’s abdomen revealed a horseshoe kidney with the isthmus anterior to the IVC and abdominal aorta inferiorly. The patient had no prior imaging of his abdomen, therefore, this was the first time the variant was found. Diagnosis/ Discussion/ Treatment/ Follow up The patient’s symptoms were managed with the appropriate antibiotic therapy.
